Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to transfer bookings made on transfer-core.com. The service is operated by:
FixRide
1. Our role
We are an intermediary. We do not own or operate vehicles. Each ride is carried out by an independent, licensed passenger transport company or driver (the "Carrier") selected by us. The contract of carriage is concluded between you and the Carrier; we arrange the booking, pass your details to the Carrier and remain your point of contact before and after the trip.
2. Booking
- You enter the route, date, time and number of passengers and choose a vehicle class with the price shown.
- You enter the passenger details and confirm with the button "Book with obligation to pay".
- We send a confirmation email with your booking number. From this confirmation the booking is binding for both sides.
- If we cannot find a Carrier for your booking, we tell you without delay and the booking is cancelled at no cost to you.
Where no instant price is shown, you can send a request. A request is not a booking: we send you a price offer, and a booking is made only if you accept it.
You must be at least 18 years old to book. Please give correct contact details, pick-up address, flight or train number and the exact number of passengers, children and luggage items — the vehicle is chosen on this basis.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and per vehicle, not per person. They include the driver, fuel, road tolls and motorway vignettes. Pick-ups between 22:00 and 06:00 local time include a night surcharge of 20% that is already part of the price shown. Extras (child seat, booster, extra stop) are charged as shown at booking.
Unless your confirmation says otherwise, you pay the driver at the end of the trip in cash in euro; card payment is possible only where the driver offers it.
Changes you ask for during the trip — extra stops, detours or waiting beyond the free waiting time — may be charged by the Carrier at a reasonable rate that the driver tells you before the change.
4. Meeting point and waiting time
Airport pick-ups: the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign and follows your flight. Free waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual landing time. Other pick-ups: free waiting time is 15 minutes from the booked time.
If you cannot find the driver, call or write to the contacts in your confirmation before leaving the meeting point.
5. Changes and cancellation by you
You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time by email to .
For later cancellations, and if you do not appear at the meeting point within the free waiting time without contacting us (no-show), the Carrier may claim compensation up to the full booked price. After a no-show we may refuse further bookings without prepayment.
6. Delays and cancellation on our side
If the Carrier cannot perform the ride, we arrange a replacement vehicle of the same or a higher class at no extra cost. If no replacement is possible, we inform you as early as we can and you owe nothing.
Traffic, weather, border checks and road closures can delay a trip. Please plan enough time for departures to airports, trains and ferries.
7. During the trip
- Seat belts must be worn. Children must travel in a suitable child seat according to the law of the country; book the seats you need.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed in the vehicle. Pets travel only if announced in the booking.
- Luggage must fit the booked vehicle class. Extra or bulky items (skis, bikes, wheelchairs) must be mentioned in the booking.
- The Carrier may charge for damage or exceptional soiling caused by passengers and may refuse to carry persons who endanger safety.
8. Liability
The Carrier is responsible for the carriage of passengers and luggage in accordance with the applicable law and its insurance. We are responsible for arranging your booking with due care.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
9. No right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 3(3)(k)) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services. You can still cancel free of charge as described in section 5.
10. Complaints and applicable law
Please send complaints to as soon as possible after the trip, with your booking number. We reply within 14 days.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts there.
11. Changes and language
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your booking applies to it. The terms are available in several languages; if versions differ, the English version prevails.
