Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains how we process personal data when you use transfer-core.com. The controller is:
FixRide
1. What data we process and why
- Bookings and price requests: name, email, phone number, pick-up and drop-off points, date and time, flight or train number, number of passengers and luggage, extras, your comment and the site language. Purpose: to arrange and carry out your transfer and to contact you about it. Legal basis: performance of a contract and steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Partner applications: company name, country, VAT number, contact person, phone, email, regions served and vehicles. Purpose: to assess and start a cooperation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- IP address at the moment of a booking or request, stored in the booking log. Purpose: preventing fraud and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Technical data for protection against spam and overload: your IP address is used in a pseudonymised form to limit the number of requests and is deleted automatically within 24 hours. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Records we must keep under tax and accounting law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Providing booking data is necessary to book a transfer; without it we cannot arrange the ride. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
2. Who receives your data
- The Carrier who performs your ride: name, phone, pick-up details, flight or train number, passengers, luggage, extras and your comment.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
- Messaging services we use to receive and handle bookings: email and Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). Booking notifications sent to us contain your booking details.
- Cloudflare, Inc., if spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is active on our forms: it processes technical data of your browser to tell humans from bots.
- Authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose data.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising.
3. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the providers above (for example Telegram or Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. How long we keep data
Booking data is kept as long as needed to carry out the trip and handle possible claims, and as long as tax and accounting law requires; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised. Price requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Partner applications that do not lead to cooperation are deleted within 12 months.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The public website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce them, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy. Links to external services (Google Maps, WhatsApp, Telegram) open those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
6. Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it;
- rectification of incorrect data;
- erasure, where the data is no longer needed or was processed unlawfully;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to processing based on our legitimate interests.

7. Security and changes
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions and regular updates. We may update this policy when our services change; the current version is always published on this page.
